Voestalpine BÖHLER Edelstahl GmbH & Co KG is a 100%‑owned subsidiary of voestalpine AG. Since its reestablishment in 1991, the company has grown into one of the world’s leading producers of high‑speed steels, tool steels and special materials.
The plant’s capacity reaches up to 205,000 tons of high-performance steel per year and about 155,000 tons of steel are shipped annually in ~8,000 transports worldwide. The company holds 439 patents across 33 patent families, underscoring its commitment to innovation.
